When you join our team, you will:
Develop and monitor team KPIs, implementing measures to achieve targets
Drive proccess implementation and optimization related to strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment
Ensure clear and proactive communication with customers, acting as a key interface between the team, internal departments and clients
Monitor shipments and operational workflows in real time, by taking corrective actions in case of delays or disruptions
Perform operational analyses aabout the team performance
Provide guidance and mentorship to the operational team and coordinate the handling of complex and time-critical shipments
Work closely with the Team Leader, take ownership of delegated topics and act as a deputy in their absence
Contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment
You match our need, if you have:
University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or relevant experience
Experience in transportation or logistics operations at least 4+ years
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proactive, reliable and able to handle operational challenges independently
Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
