When you join our team, you will:
Plan, determine and recommend manpower requirements
Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained in all tool-cribs and assigned storage areas
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, systems and accepted work methods
Assesse and analyze actual performance of the section and subordinates
Monitor and ensure availability/ stock level of consumables and critical equipment
Supervise the tool-keeping functions of the tool rooms to ensure proper maintenance, safekeeping and accountability of all aircraft tools and equipment
Plan, determine and recommend training needs of the team
Mentor, motivate and take care for development of the team

You match our need, if you have:
Bachelor degree in economics or engineering or relevant
A minimum of 3 years professional experience in warehouse logistics
People responsibilities is a plus
Represent the team to other department
Organizational ability to deal with a broad variety of issues and prioritize issues
Very good communicational skills / Fluent English required
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Good knowledge of MS Office
