On behalf of one of our clients - international company in the automotive industry, we are currently looking for a Team lead - Quality & Production department to join the company.

Your responsibilities:

• Define and maintain Quality procedures and processes;
• Support in effective and efficient implementation of defined process;
• Evaluate process compliance against the defined standards;
• Drive effective implementation of improvement actions;
• Evaluate project release readiness from quality perspective;
• Analyze and report project quality status to the relevant stakeholders;
• Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
• Participate and lead internal and external quality audits;
• Identify and if needed escalate project risks to the appropriate levels of Management;
• Provide feed back for process improvement;
• Customer contact point for Quality topics.

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical engineering or another relevant field;
• Excellent communication and moderation skills. Ability to instruct, coach, and inspire others ;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• General knowledge of Quality Management Systems and tools;
• Good knowledge in Quality methodology (8D reports, Root-cause analysis, C ontrol charts);
• Good knowledge in ISO 9001;
• Fluent written and verbal English is a must, German is considered as advantage
• Internal auditor qualification — considered a plus.
• A willingness to learn and develop knowledge about Quality Systems and Process improvement methods, including knowledge of IATF—46948 ISO 9001.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
