TTEC is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll team in Bulgaria.

Our Payroll team brings significant value and contribution to our company through overall management for one of the most unique and geographically dispersed global payroll operations in the country.

What you'll be doing:
Associate Payroll Analysts are responsible for reviewing, inspecting, and validating on-cycle and off-cycle payroll requests in order to deliver payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards. They provide thorough review of the request files, support payroll and compliance processes and procedures, research and resolve any issues in accordance with local laws. Associate Payroll Analysts are expected to have knowledge and experience in any office or retail work environment. Must have the ability to follow standard practices and procedures. Must have the ability to grasps key concepts. Must be open to receive instruction, guidance and direction from others. Must have the ability to works on problems of limited scope, performing routine tasks and assignments.

What you'll bring to us:
Review, inspect and validate leave requests, enter them in our system and maintain reporting when required;
Support payroll team and compliance processes and procedures, research and resolve any issues in accordance with company policy and local laws (guidance will be given);
Ensure timely processing of work expected from you.

What skills you'll need:
5 year's work experience as a Payroll specialist;
High customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population;
High level of integrity, honesty, and judgment. Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee data;
Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures;
Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), or the ability to learn technology quickly;
Mathematical skills, ability to calculate and demonstrate the result.
