Junior Interface Customer Support Specialist
Temporary project / 24 months
GPI team, Sofia HUB


Mission of the role:
To further foster our ability to deliver global interfaces for data processing and strengthen our Global Process Implementations (GPI) team within the GfK Consumer Choices division.

Key objectives of the role:

- Create interfaces for data processing using specific internal programming languages and software tools
- Provide technical support for those interfaces
- Actively communicate with our 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support teams located in different locations worldwide
- Actively communicate with GfK internal international clients in 100+ countries via ticket ( helpdesk ) system
- Maintain knowledge platform and actively share gained knowledge

Desired skills and experience:

- University Degree in IT, Informatics or related subject area (or last year student)
- Basic knowledge and/or experience in any object-oriented programming (OOP) language
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good analytical skills
- Strong English language skills in both written and spoken
- A great team player with excellent communication skills
- Self-driven and proactive person with willingness to learn
- Diverse working schedule including night shifts and weekends - 24/7
