Reporting Delivery Specialist with French

Key objective of the role:

The Reporting Delivery Specialist is responsible for tasks related to GfK reporting production. The role provides primary support for certain panel groups' reporting needs as well as providing in depth knowledge across all GfK data delivery tools.
This role provides one or more stages of production data from a set of categories, from coding to delivery to the customer. This involves managing multiple work streams to develop, maintain and manage new report products as well as ensure the most up to date versions are well distributed & used.

You will be responsible for:

Creating, updating & maintaining all elements of GfK report deliverables (including local supporting applications and corresponding file/folder organization) to ensure the minimal amount of manual work to deliver them whilst ensuring the highest quality output
Working with GfK tools & reporting products to efficiently produce and dispatch high quality reports
Deliver new reports to agreed timeframes that fit within the Delivery Team processes
Manage, monitor & communicate status throughout production schedules to key stakeholders
Provide advice & support on reporting to Delivery teams
Promote and adhere to international reporting best practice
Build market and product knowledge

Desired skills and experience:

University degree in related field or last year student able to work on full time
Very good command of French and English – both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Thorough knowledge of methods, procedures and manufacturing tool, reporting and data delivery
Relevant experience will be considered a strong advantage
Attention to detail with high quality standards
Ability to understand and analyse data
Highly organized person with ability to adhere to deadlines
Very good communication skills
Good sense of confidentiality
