Duties and Responsibilities:
Transfers data from original work reports to electronic systems
Enters data into the relevant systems
Checks for the availability of all legally required technical documentation and obtain it if necessary
Analyzes technical documentation regarding data discrepancies
Consults with internal customers to clarify the case and make a decision
Supports and administers all relevant organizational activities
Finalizes the documentary records in the system and issues final work reports
Builds knowledge of technical documentation in order to resolve cases of data inconsistency, make decisions
Ensures 100% accuracy of information
Focuses on the quality of the information produced, with the goal of achieving 99% error free records with no complaints from customers
Support building preparation related reports by interpreting technical data from manuals

Requirements:
Good knowledge of aviation documentation
Working knowledge of the ATA chapter system
Excellent English language skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility regarding work environment and working hours
Ability to work accurately and precisely
Good methodical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Effective communication skills Good teamwork
Ability to operate without the need for supervision
