When you join our team, you will:
Prepare and review invoices in SAP, considering any international taxation rules, currency conversions, and applicable fees
Maintain proper documentation and records of international billing activities
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, finance, and customer support, to gather necessary information for billing purposes
Address and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies with international clients or customers promptly
Monitor and track international payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms and following up on outstanding balances
Support generation of regular reports on international billing activities
Support Process Improvement Teams with accurate information and test enhance efficiency and accuracy

You match our need, if you have:
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (currently perusing or graduated)
Strong interest in international billing, finance, or accounting
Basic understanding of financial concepts and principles
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and grow in the field of international billing
Good English skills mandatory and German, Hungarian or Spanish optional/or an advantage
