When you join our team, you will:
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Administration of working time related data - absence and attendance data (holidays, sick leaves, remote work requests).
Various reports related to the working time, absentiesem, personnel data.
Processes and calculates data for the preparation of the payroll – overtime, night hours and other payments and calculations in connection with the monthly payment.
Prepares labor contracts, annexes, labor contract termination documents and other employment related documents.
Assist in day-to-day employee questions and needs related to employment relations and working time topics.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

You match our need, if you have:
University degree in a relevant area (e.g. Human Resource, Business Administration, Economics) or 1 – 2 years relevant job experience
Good knowledge of administrative tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Excellent analytical skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
Experience with HR systems will be considered as an advantage
Additional HR training will be considered as an advantage
