Once you join our team as Project Management Consultant you will:

Facilitate and run diverse international, cross-functional projects
Promote a culture of innovation and digitalization by leading/facilitating the development of services/apps based on the existing expertise
Oversee all aspects of the planning, implementation and tracking of projects and their results
Work with internal and external stakeholders to initiate and run projects
Use project management and control tools to setup, monitor, update and revise projects plans
Create and execute strong business plans, financial models and roll-out strategies together with subject matter experts and project sponsors
Manage scheduling and communication between project team members
Analyze project results and identity areas for improvement

To be successful in the role you need:
Master’s degree and minimum 3 years of related work experience; preferably with an emphasis on project management
To be organized, passionate and goal-oriented and understand projects’ strategic role
Ability to make project goals your own and use your skills and expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team
To еnjoy the adrenaline of new challenges and the responsibility of driving business results and making impact
Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environment
Shifting readily between the "big picture" and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each
Exposure to Project Management methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, and tools – JIRA, MS Project (considered an advantage)
