For our partner – dynamic IT services company - we are looking for Technical support who will be responsible for the monitoring of the different cloud products in Cloud Platform.The perfect candidate has Technical education and a big desire for career development in the IT field. Technical support experience is not required but will be considered as an advantage.
* Please note that this position requires working on shifts.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and handling of health checks/alerts for all the cloud products in the Cloud Platform (Integration and Orchestration);
Ensure the application availability by monitoring the applications and proactively monitoring the dependent components with a 24x7 coverage;
Work as team to assist in performing tasks as required by Level 2 team during outages;
Perform regular daily/weekly/monthly activities like activities hand-over etc.
Required skills:
Technical education is a must
Desire for career development in the IT area
Good English language communication both written and verbal skills
Ability to engage with new teams and collaborate;
