Our client is a global provider of solar inverters and solar panel optimization electronics.The company's products and services addresses a broad range of solar market segments, from residential solar installations to commercial and small utility-scale solar installations. Regarding the expansion of our client's business we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious specialist for the position of Technical Customer Service Representative with German

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will :

* Answer inbound calls and e-mails from customers in a prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous manner;
* Provide support in the troubleshooting and diagnosis of issues and customers questions, using general knowledge, product schematics, data stored in knowledge base, and other sources of information available;
* Provide customer support over the phone, chat and CRM;
* Work with regional logistic manager;
* Work together with operations to validate the authorization to release parts needed to solve problems encountered by customers;
* Document all information into call tracking system.

Skills/Experience:

* Education: Commercial qualification / Practical engineer in the area of Mechanical, Electronic;
* Excellent German and English language skills both written and spoken;
* Exceptional listening and questioning skills;
* Outstanding verbal and written communications skills;
* Call center environment - minimum 1 year;
* Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
