For our client - an innovative producer of smart and autonomous IP cameras and video analysis software, we’re looking for a motivated person, who would like to join their team of professionals on the following position:

Technical Support


Responsibilities:

Installation of proposed to customer solution;
Integration with other applications;
After Sales Customer Technical Support;
Spot and Recurring customer services.

Requirements:

University degree (IT)
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT industry (preferably in position as an IT Service Engineer)
IT knowledge: Security, Infrastructure, HW and Applications in this area
Mandatory: English in written and spoken
Very good communication skills
Ability to establish long term partnerships
