CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WITH ROMANIAN LANGUAGE
What you will do on this position:
Your responsibility will be to provide professional customer service over the phone and via email. Your role also includes processing the customer inquiries, regarding to the Online Store, Orders, Claims, etc. You will also support the team with different translations of advertising ads and other advertising materials for the website.
What are the required qualifications:
* Excellent Romanian both written and verbal. Excellent communication skills too;
* 1+ years of experience on a relevant position;
* Proven experience in MS Office;
* Great communication and customer service skills;
* English language will be an advantage;
