Once you join our team as People Consultant you will:
Be the first point of contact for management, employees and regional HR counterparts of the Lufthansa Technik Group and its subsidiaries within EMEA
Steer and coordinate regional HR topics in the areas of Compensation and Benefits, Development and Leadership, Training, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Organisational Transformation, Change Management, etc.
Support leadership to develop key strategies and objectives; Partner with internal stakeholders on the overall HR strategy
Work in close cooperation with Head Office and related competence centres, as well as the Lufthansa Group Business Services (LGBS) organization
Act as a role model to drive LHT culture and values; Establish and manage strong relationships and engagement with employees

To be successful in the role you need:
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labour Law or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience within operational HR
Experience working internationally or with international business units advantageous
Experience in HR transformation and change management projects desirable
Good knowledge of regional labour and social security law
Able to work independently
Likes working with teams from multiple nationalities
Effective communication skills, and experienced in internal customer relationship management
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office functions and prior experience with SAP preferred
Fluent in business English, both written and spoken, German - advantageous
Willing to travel within Europе/EMEA
