Once you join our team as HR Business Partner you will:
Effectively collaborate with the business to deliver and develop the full spectrum of HR service that drives business performance
Support the management of the departments in all HR related topics, acting as a coach, mentor and occupational advisor
Implement various HR programs throughout the department according to the company standards and strategy
Stay ahead of the curve when it comes to HR trends and best practices to effect continuous improvements of the services provided
Foster and maintain a high degree of trust within the relationships you build and always being the team player who jumps at the opportunity to lend a hand to their colleagues
Role modelling great personal and team leadership and taking an active role in ensuring the HR strategy is embedded successfully

To be successful in the role you need:
To have a sound working knowledge of Human Resources and Labor Relations
To have a minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in the HR Area
To have excellent communication skills – both verbally and written
To be proven coaching for performance /mentoring ability
To have the ability to work in a structured and methodical manner
To be committed to diversity and able to identify and manage different skills / resources in making a team stronger
To have the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
