When you join our team, you will:
Act as a disciplinary und functional Lufthansa Technik Procurement & Supply Management (LPSM) Team Leader
Provide guidance and mentorship to team-members and develop their skills in analysis, problem resolution, coordination and workload management
Enhance a positive and constructive team environment
Act as a point of contact for the international Lufthansa Technik network
Introduce a quality process to monitor the performance of the functions integrated into the team by establishing KPIs or common error report
Perform staff assessments and feedback sessions
Take over difficult requests in case of escalation need
Keep up to date with procedures and process updates
Support the continuous development and improvement of performed activities
Cooperate with HR department for recruitment of new staff

You match our need, if you have:
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Leadership experience including relevant social competences
Experience in engineering, purchasing, logistics or similar
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Team spirit, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
High level of service and customer orientation
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent command of English. German language skills are considered as an advantage
Expert Skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis
