The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Our brand-new client is a global gaming hardware manufacturing company. They are considered one of the pioneers of esports and are one of the biggest brands in the industry.

Your typical day:

As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by phone.
Our agents are equipped with broad and basic understanding of the product functions, features and offer the first line of customer support by addressing customer inquiries and concerns about the products as well as offering basic troubleshooting guidance.
We would rely on you to be proactive and become a key player in building our support team by sharing ideas and contributing to the overall improvement of the quality of services provided.


What you need to have is:
Fluency in German, both written and verbal
Working level of English
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office application)
Basic knowledge of PC hardware and peripheral ecosystem
Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills
Team player with a great attitude
High school education
