As a TTEC Customer Experience Champion, You'll Enjoy:
Additional income opportunity - freelance project;
Flexible schedule - completion of a monthly target (between 30-40 phone interviews) during suitable time within 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, from Monday to Friday;

On a typical day, you'll:
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys;
Keep customers informed, setting and following up on commitments;
Meet deadlines and deliver services according to customers' service level agreements.
