Our client is a fashion e-commerce retailer with online shops in many European countries.

What we need is:
We are looking for experienced fashion advisors who would not hesitate to go the extra mile for our customers. As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service through phone, mail and social media. Our advisors will also work to improve sales and brand loyalty while handling enquiries including order taking, product information, tracking deliveries, returns, sizing etc.

We would rely on you to be proactive and become a key player in building our support team by sharing ideas and contributing to the overall improvement of the quality of services provided.


What you need to have is:
Affinity with Fashion and e-commerce
Fluency in English and Bulgarian, both written and verbal.
Ability to work on flexible shifts
Strong computer skills and sense of accuracy
Willingness to work with customers over the phone
Work experience in a call center is a plus
