Main responsibilities of the role:

• First contact with the clients of the company;
• Manage all aspects of the sales process;
• To analyze the customer’s needs;
• Achieving targets and outcomes;
• Ensure the process of sales;
• Customer relations management and retention;
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships;
• Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Requirements to the applicant:

• Fluency in English, Italian or German (C1 level);
• Good interpersonal & communication skills;
• Highly motivated, target-driven and confident person;
• Excellent consultative sales and customer services skills;
• Strong team player with negotiation skills;
• Multitasking capabilities and ability to work well under pressure;
• Experience in the fields of sales – knowledge in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage.
