Currently, we're looking for an HR Specialist who will support the day-to-day needs of the incredible talent we have within Easy Consult.
This is not your typical HR role, you will drive significant business growth and make an immediate impact. As part of our people function, your role will cover a wide range of activities, from managing HR administration, driving team engagement and promoting our amazing culture.
The role will provide a good level of autonomy where you can use your creativity to run and improve the processes.
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to start their HR career or bring their HR skills to the next level.

What you’ll do:
- Be the main point of contact for general day-to-day HR and being the contact person for requests from colleagues and managers regarding various topics and ideas, like training needs, logistics, coordinating, new hire setup and orientation, etc.;
- Drive planning and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives;
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions;
- Help with the recruitment process, including initial screenings, coordinating interviews, managing offers;
- Support managers and payroll team on HR activities including absence management, reviews, and other performance management related administration;
- Help in organizing social events and initiatives and drive employee engagement;
- Assist and drive the HR improvement activities and strive to achieve the most streamlined processes.


Requirements:
- Fluency in English;
- Previous experience or just true interest to develop career in the HR field will be a strong plus;
- Ready to learn, hardworking and dedicated;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent teamwork skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
- Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Most importantly, great team spirit and positive energy.
