Position Title: Product Consultant (SaaS)

Overview
We're currently looking for candidates to join our Global Delivery Expert Team as a Product Consultant, forming part of a major new and exciting SaaS Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
Acting as design authority for the SaaS Use Cases including Use Cases specifications and Test Cases definition
As a SaaS Product Consultant, you will lead and drive the design and definition of the functional solution on complex / major projects for both internal and external clients.
You will provide product specialist consultancy on functional elements of Experian’s sophisticated Originations SaaS platform.
Whilst upskilling in the specifics of the SaaS Programme will be required, you will ideally possess experience of working on complex business application implementation projects such as Originations or similar where you took a lead role. Analysis and specification writing formed part of your responsibilities, have strong client facing skills and have a good level of appreciation of technologies involved.
Acting as Product expert between Product Management and Development teams to identify the PowerCurve base software enhancements required for SaaS
Knowledge transfer through training and mentoring between global & local teams.
Participating in strategic projects such as early adopter’s projects, prototype solutions, pre-sales demo support.
You must also have the ability to use your initiative and demonstrate a high level of ownership of responsibilities.
Projects are undertaken globally and you will have the opportunity to travel internationally.

Experience and Knowledge:
University degree, although knowledge, experience and attitude are key
Product Consultancy experience gained from experience of complex software implementations to internal and external clients.
Confidence at dealing with clients and managers at senior level;
Working cross-functionally in a virtual team with product and development in an agile or similar environment
Experience of working with pre-sales to provide high quality demo’s where needed
Very good of knowledge transfer and collateral development
Excellent organisational, time management skills and ability to manage multiple work streams.
Understanding of the field expert skills in integration technologies (like Web-Services, MQ, database, file manipulations and web page design) in diverse architecture.
Agile, Agile-like delivery process concepts awareness
Strong presentation, analytical and people skills;
Business analysis experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
