For our clients today we are in the search of Dutch speaking Technical/Customer Support Specialist.

Main Duties:
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Manage communication with customers via calls, email, and chat;
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Ideally, your skills will include:

- Proficiency in Dutch language
- Good English language skills;
- Technical, Sales or Customer Support experience;
- Eye for the detail;
- Punctual and precise about deadlines;
- Very good computer literacy - MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
