At the moment we are looking for customer orientated person to join their team as:

Casino chat support adviser with German & English

Main responsibilities:

• To be the first point of contact for customers for questions related mainly to their accounts or benefits of playing a particular online casino game;
• Will advise customers via channels like: chat (80% of the work), email (10% of the work) and phone (10% of the work);
• Answering customer queries in a timely and professional manner, by following established corporate standards;
• Work closely with other internal and external departments of the company to take any preventive measures of risk or suspicious situations;
• You will work on a flexible shifts schedule so you can also combine work with your studies or hobbies.No full night shifts;
• Working with specific software;


Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and German, both verbal and written;
• Working in office, not home based job;
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction;
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for clients
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally;
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities;
• Attention to details;
