Main responsibilities:

-Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner, by following established corporate standards;
-Respond to clients' queries and assist them via phone, chat and email;
-Establish professional relationships with the clients;
-Understand the business field and clients' needs;
-Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the clients’s experience.

Requirements:

-Excellent command of Portuguese, both verbal and written;
-Working level of English;
-Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction;
-Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for clients;
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally;
-Strong decision making and analytical abilities;
-Attention to details;
-Great advantage is previous experience in Administrative or Support Role;
