Jet Ops Europe an associate company of successful and well established seaplane operator Jet Ops, is seeking a Commercial Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional. As a Commercial Manager within the business you will be a key to set and develop your department.

Reporting to the Location Head you will develop the strategy to maximize this new business stream. You will have direct responsibility for the development and implementation of the strategy for this role.

Job:

Jet Ops Europe AOC development through:
 Charter Business in the region like Charter Business - C182, C208 or King Air 200 - build a case for investment
 Scenic flights – Scenic Business Bulgaria, Greece and Romania, etc.
 Assist Commercial Leasing team to discuss joint ventures with non-European operators who want to be based inside Europe.
 Build JOE online presence for B2B and B2C for scenic flights
Assist Charters Department on a regular basis

Candidate profile:

• Degree Holder – Graduation/Post-Graduation
• Minimum 4 – 5 years of sales and commercial experience in relevant or similar industry
• High sense of ownership
• Very strong people relations skills
• Quickly able to build a strong network
• A good communicator – Well-spoken and can communicate effectively
• Able to quickly adapt to commercial opportunities

Personality:

• Go-getter – Self-motivated and proactive
• High commercial acumen
• Passionate about aviation and sales
• Someone who can imagine and realize opportunities.
• Prepared to work grass roots like hotels and tour operators for scenic, but charterers and Airlines for development of AOC
• A real determination to get things done and achieve results

Skills:

• Well versed in MS Office tools, MS excel.
• Preferable knowledge in Marketing mediums – print, online, social media, etc.
• E-commerce set ups in an airline environment – very good to have
