Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a highly responsible and experienced professional to take the position of a:



CHIEF EXPERT MARKET RISK ANALYSIS


In this position you will be responsible for:

- Examination of market risks;
- Preparation of reports for the Head of Risk Management and Executive Directors reflecting the company's exposures, generating market, liquid, and managed Capital Markets credit risks (to counterparties and countries);
- Remote control over the work of Capital Markets Management;
- Analysis of the risk profile of the portfolios;
- Identification of specific risks that may affect the organization's market value;
- Participation in the process of revaluation of portfolios of financial instruments.


Essential requirements for the role:

- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in the field of Finance and Banking, Economics or other relevant specialty;
- At least 3 years of experience in one of the following (or similar) fields: Market Risk Management / Management of Assets and Liabilities / Capital Markets;
- Good knowledge of currency, capital markets, and existing regulations in the field of banking and securities;
- Knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
- Good knowledge of mathematical models applied in finance;
- Very good command of English language (written and verbal);
- Advanced level of computer literacy - Microsoft products (MS Excel and MS Access);
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
