Our current client is a global transportation and logistics company with headquarters in Denmark. On their behalf we are looking for a motivated person with some previous experience to join their team in Sofia as a Dispatcher.


Responsibilities:
Organizing international truck transportation throughout Europe;
Planning and managing the work of drivers in international logistics;
Monitoring the smooth running of the shipments and resolving any problems that arise;
Communicating with drivers and customers regarding transportation services;
Working with specialized software;
Daily analyzing the location of vehicles and tasks available in the system, in order to achieve optimal fleet management;
Providing help and assistance in situations of a technical or other nature for the drivers;
Tracking the performance of the drivers;
Preparing reports.

Requirements:
Experience on a similar position is a strong advantage;
Advanced English level;
Good command of any other European language will be a plus - German, French, Italian, Turkish, etc.;
Excellent computer literacy;
Accuracy and attention to details;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
Skills to work in a busy environment;
Strong problem solving skills;
