For the project with them we are looking for a motivated individual to join their team as:

Support consultant with Czech, Polish, Swedish, Dutch + English

Responsibilities:
Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately
Answer telephone calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
Validate customer service entitlements.
Provide Hardware and Software Telephone support
Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Excellent Primary language skills (C1 and above) and excellent English skills – B1/2
