On their behalf, we are looking for Live Chat Specialists with German, French or Italian who would be willing to join and develop further with them. If you are curious about this exciting opportunity, then this might be the chance you have been waiting for!
Responsibilities:
• Liaise directly with company players via a messaging service tool and occasionally via a ticketing system to answer their questions and resolve their queries;
• Inform players of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes, and requirements;
• Provide fast, accurate, thorough, and friendly responses;
• Stay fully up-to-date with all of the company guidelines, policies, and procedures and will be up to the task of completing any other duties associated with assisting players as requested by management;
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment working to agreed targets.
Requirements:
• Any relevant experience or interest in customer support, online gaming, or online payment processing would be considered an advantage;
• Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, German, or Italian;
• Excellent knowledge of English language;
• Customer-obsessed personality;
• Ability to multitask, think quickly, and make solid decisions;
• Good technical and communication skills;
• Flexibility to adapt to different business needs, challenging situations, and changes;
• Highly motivated with great attention to detail and able to evaluate customer demands.
