Together, we are looking for:


CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FRENCH AND ENGLISH


Responsibilities:
- Providing online troubleshooting by chat, phone calls & Emails.
- Resolving customer queries while keeping both the company and customer’s best interest in mind.
- Reporting to the relevant departments regarding site issues, inaccurate content, and troubleshooting.
- Reporting customer escalations in a timely manner

Requirements:
- French and English - excellent level of speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have, but not mandatory:
- Previous experience in the Gaming industry or Forex.
- Experience in Sales.
