For our representative office in Sofia we have opened a challenging role that brings together your sales experience with Project Management activities in human resources, having the scope to supply customized results to our clients and partners.
The value of your role: major contribution in informational plan in relation with different cultures, management styles, business domains, succeeded by the HR market dynamics, complexity and satisfaction of the successfully closed projects.

Responsibilities:
- Most of your time you will develop and implement strategies for hunting new clients and to maintain and grow the clients account, in order to achieve sales and client satisfaction added value
- Value your sales skills in order to identify the best strategies to attract new clients - we highly appreciate innovation and creativity
- Professionally approach each client request and fully understand their needs in terms of HR services
- Develop technical and commercial proposals including project steps, price quotations, delivery terms, SLAs
- Implement and follow-up on HR projects
- Participate at training sessions, services presentations, market studies, conferences and other business related events.

С професионален опит от 1 - 3г.

Образование:
Бакалавър

Специални умения:
- Proven experience in corporate sales and/or telesales, preferably for services - English language knowledge - Excellent communication skills - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Willing to develop a career - Customer orientation, negotiation skills, persuasion - Innovation and creativity is highly valued.
