General duties:
Identify points/weaknesses to improve the performance of the bank through transparent and accurate analysis
Generate insights by monitoring the business and financial performance of the entity
Understand the key profitability drivers and overall strategy, enabling critical assessment of projections and participation in the company’s budgeting and forecasting process
Requirements:
Soft skills:

Challenger mindset and improvement orientation;
Solid analytical skills and structured thinking;
Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, ability to work in teams.

Technical skills:

Relevant University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another related field;
Professional business English knowledge (both written and oral);
Sound knowledge of MS office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

It is an advantage if you have:

Ability to work with PowerBI and/or SQL
Previous experience in the areas of Controlling, Auditing, Accounting or another relevant field;
