For one of our clients – a leading multinational company in the BPO sector – we are looking for QA with French.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Performs the QA review and approval of the agents’ calls;
* Collaborates with and influences other professionals across the organization to ensure consistent application and execution of key quality systems;
* Collaborates in data analysis and report creation on quality metrics and key performance indicators;
* Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines;
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
* Excellent level of French – C1 and very good level of English – B2/C1;
* Relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist;
* Experience in BPO sector;
* Motivation and desire for development.
