On behalf of one of our clients, a world leader, who is expanding their market in our Sea Capital, we are looking for а Manager of Visual Merchandisers & Interior Designers to join their team.

In this role:
You will train, motivate, and coach your colleagues to constantly think commercially.
You secure vitality and seasonality in the store by creating and implementing a store commercial calendar together with the store management team;
Your job is to present our garments in an eye-catching way and to follow up on sales activities.
You will be responsible for windows and in-store displays, making sure the store is inspiring to our customers.
You contribute with knowledge of people's life at home and consumer shopping behavior in the creation and implementation of the store business plan.

The ideal candidate has:
At least 2 years of experience in leading a team;
5+ years of relevant working experience;
Working proficiency of English – verbal and written;
Proven ability to lead teams in a time-sensitive and dynamic environment with cultural awareness;
You are a person who gets things done. You make things happen! You don’t wait for an answer, you call and GET your answer.
