Looking for Senior Flight Attendant to fulfill the following role:

Responsibilities:

• Proper execution of all duties related to the safety of the aircraft and the passengers in accordance with the company operational standards: pre-flight briefing, thorough checks of emergency equipment, security checks, safety features demo, etc.
• Conduct safety briefing for cabin crew members and assess their health condition.
• Coordinate and supervise all tasks of the cabin attendants that are related to the flight and maintain excellent customer service by creating “home atmosphere” on-board the aircraft.
• Maintain open communication and inform fellow crew of circumstances that may affect safety and security.
• Apply necessary emergency procedures to protect the lives of passengers in the event of an emergency; give first aid if needed.
• Act as the liaison between the other cabin attendants and the Commander.
• Prepare and send written reports, after the daily duty has been completed.
• Maintain high level of personal discipline and grooming.


Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Current and valid cabin crew license.
• Previous customer service experience 6 years, at least 4 as flight attendant and at least 3 of them in the role of a senior attendant.
• Minimum height of 165 cm and arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Fluent English both written and spoken; ability to communicate freely both in usual and emergency situations.
• Additional language knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian.
