Our current client is one of the leading global BPO companies with multiple offices across Europe.

On their behalf, we are currently looking for Billing Specialists with French, German, Czech or Turkish to join their global team in Sofia.


Responsibilities:

Applying pricing and fees to customers' account schedules;
Checking documentation is complete, quality checking credit notes and manual invoices that have been keyed and approving them in their system;
Investigating and fixing the root cause of credit notes;
Ensuring KPIs/SLA’s are met for all Business Units;
Identifying process or system improvements;
Updating process documentation as required;
Supporting team members in resolving queries;
Being a “go-to person” in case of a query;
Process Improvement Focus – update process map, identify process gaps.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role;
Relevant higher education degree;
Fluency in written and spoken French, German, Czech, or Turkish language;
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize daily workload accordingly;
Accurate processing of information;
Good attention to detail;
Management of own workload;
Team player;
Decision making;
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
