Position Overview

To facilitate the New Hire Program; teach client processes, customer service, policy and procedures, company culture, and practical skills to new employees in the classroom and out on the production floor.

Position Impact

• Empower the workforce: Conduct new hire foundation training and induction; conduct new hire product and process trainings
• Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports
• Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
• Set the path to success: Perform training need analysis with the QA team and conduct training based on the findings
• Impact the bottom line: Coach and give feedback to trainees to help them fulfill performance metrics

Trainer in this role get to:

• Facilitate Product Specific Training and Nesting Program for new hires;
• Provide on-the-spot training, coaching and developmental feedback to new hires;
• Conduct regular performance reviews on group level and individual consultant level, build effective communications, bring focus to alignment of activity and outcomes, understand training and development needs, provide insight for the improvement of individual consultant performance;
• Partner with Supervisors to ensure a seamless transition to the operations team. This includes summarizing developmental strengths and opportunities for each consultant individually;
• Communicate with operations supervisor and quality assurance team during the learning curve period to assist with development gaps.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of German language and English language
• Preferred Training or Facilitation Certification
• Strong understanding and application of Adult Learning Theories
• Ability to determine the best course of action for a variety of customer issues in a time-sensitive environment
• Strong facilitation, training, and presentation skills
• Be enthusiastic and with an appetite to learn
