Currently Sutherland is looking for a Sales Training Specialist with German to facilitate the New Hire Program, including customer service, sales policy and procedures, company culture, and practical skills to new employees. Our new client is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world and we would be happy to have you in our team.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering new hire foundation training and induction; conduct new hire product and process trainings
• Providing on-the-spot training, coaching and developmental feedback to each employee in the class
• Performing training need analysis and conducting training based on the findings
• Coaching and giving feedback to trainees to help them fulfill performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of English and German
• Strong understanding and application of Adult Learning Theories
• Training or Facilitation Certification – would be considered as a strong advantage
• At least 1 year of classroom training experience in a BPO
• Strong facilitation, training, and presentation skills
• Sales acumen
• Be enthusiastic and with an appetite to learn
