Sutherland is looking for Talent Acquisition Interns (2 positions available) to assist with a variety of recruiting tasks. Interns will partner directly with our recruiters to assist with candidate interviewing, evaluation, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives regarding candidate schedules, timelines, and related events
- Coordinate candidate assessments
- Track and manage candidate progress
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Assist with ad-hoc recruiting projects and initiatives

Qualifications

- In-progress or recently completed Bachelor's degree (Human Resources or related field preferred) will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (additional language will be a huge plus)
- Excellent time-management skills, must have the ability to work well in a remote environment
- Team player with a strong, self-managing work ethic
- Self-starter with a passion for candidate experience

Note: The Internship lasts until 30th of Nov 2021. This is a remote opportunity with an initial training from the office for a period of 2-3 weeks.
