have excellent verbal and written French and English language skills;
have an interest for video gaming, specifically mobile games
have excellent customer service and soft skills
are able to identify customer needs and provide solutions
are good in troubleshooting
ABOUT YOU
You’ll have fun
You’ll provide professional support to customers queries mainly via email
You’ll educate customers on the troubleshooting processes
You’ll identify and analyze player`s needs to create the best resolution for them
You`ll impact the improvement of the customer support process
