For one of our clients – a fast-growing company, offering services in the customer
experience management field. We are on a search for reliable, bright and organized
individuals for the role of Junior Support Agent with English - No experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer account queries various channels, offering
comprehensive support including VIP assistance, sales, and risk management;
* Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and live chat messages and maintaining quick
response rates and maintaining quality standards;
* Responding to customer questions about services, products, and account information;
* Providing high-quality service to all members, ensuring customer satisfaction and
maintaining good reputation;
* Adhering to risk standards and meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets;
* Developing skills and product knowledge and working effectively as a part of the team;
* Reporting issues to the shift leader or relevant parties and keeping accurate and detailed
records.

Requirements:
* No previous experience required; all English speakers are encouraged to apply;
* Proficient in English (C1 level), with excellent grammar, both written and verbal;
* Confident and has strong interpersonal skills;
* Bright, enthusiastic and honest, able to work well with others;
* Responsible, result-oriented and eager to provide a high quality service;
* Resilient, reliable and organized;
* Available for night shifts.
