We are looking for Customer Support Specialist with Polish for one of their projects.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers mainly over chat and email
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service
• Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process
• Meet targets and represent the company in a professional manner
Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of Polish
• Good knowledge of written English is a must
• Excellent computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in client services will be considered a huge advantage
