Our client, Shell Bulgaria is an international energy company with expertise in the exploration, production, refining and marketing of oil and natural gas, and the manufacturing and marketing of chemicals. In connection with the growth of the company's business we are looking for:

Regional Manager - Eastern Bulgaria

Purpose & Accountabilities:

- Managing the relationship between Shell and Shell Dealers (called Retailers) in Eastern Bulgaria, ensuring consistent delivery of the Shell Customer Commitment;
- Ensure delivery of the Retail Business Agreement (RBA) and all the consequence thereafter;
- New business development according to the company Masterplan;
- Identifying gaps in all aspects of site performance (including service and people) for the territory and mandate, advise or offer Retailers Shell-recommended tools, processes and support to help them profitably deliver the Customer Commitment at the Retail site and develop the business for the mutual benefit of both the Retailer and Shell;
- Maximizing all sales development potential whilst protecting Shell's interests, through coaching and motivating of Retailers;
- Participating in Attraction and Selection of the right Retailers;
- Managing and maintaining productive Retailer relationships;
- Delivering Sales & Operations targets for Eastern Bulgaria through regular reviews and appropriate action plans;
- Ensuring Retailers implement all areas of the Customer Value Proposition and ensure compliance with the Site Operations/HSSE standards, contracts and manuals;
- Actively seeking opportunities for improving the performance of Retailers according to the Masterplan.
- Manage and maintain territory through planned renewals/renegotiations for Retailers’ sites.

The successful candidate should:

- Have University degree preferably in Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance;
- Have minimum 3-year experience in business sales and operations (preferably B2C);
- Have strong stakeholder management skills;
- Be able to build relationship with Retailers effectively to ensure delivery of the plans;
- Be a strong team member with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Be able to analyse financial data;
- Be a self-starter, with strong internal drive to deliver results;
- Have the ability to work independently;
- Have a good level of IT literacy on all MS Office programs;
- Have a very good command of English language;
- Have a clean driving license (active driver).
