Your responsibility as an EU recruiter:
• Responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process of EU candidates, starting with the hiring process through to arrival in Germany;
• Planning and prioritizing recruitment activities and selecting the best available recruitment channels and methods including posting and managing job advertisements;
• Ensuring excellent applicant management including screening, telephone interviews, job interviews, rejection management;
• Organization and support of the onboarding;
• Coordination with the branch and the onsite team.
With this qualities you will inspire as an EU recruiter:
• Ideally, you can demonstrate relevant sales and recruiting experience and also show us a strong understanding of business administration;
• Communicating with different target groups - in English & German – is no problem for you;
• In addition to your German and English skills, you also have very good knowledge of the Bulgarian language;
• In order to guarantee the high quality of our service, your way of working is characterized by conscientiousness, reliability and the ability to work in a team;
• You contribute your high level of commitment in a goal-oriented manner and you enjoy the creative cooperation with different people and target groups.
