Your typical day:
As a representative of the brand, you will be the face of the company to the customers. You will utilize your professional skills to accurately understand all client needs and provide excellent solutions and services. We would rely on you to be proactive and become a key player in building our support team by sharing ideas and contributing to the overall improvement of the quality of services provided.

What you need to have is:
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
Great command of German, both written and verbal - B2/C1 level
Working level of English
Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
Team player with a great attitude
High school education
