There is an opportunity to join one of the biggest teams of one of our clients - Order to Cash.

Order to Cash (OTC) activities are related to one of the top-level business process for receiving and processing customer orders.

We are looking for a fluent ITALIAN speaker with excellent communication skills, able to work with Excel, Word, PDF, SAP.
Higher education and previous professional experience in an international environment/ administrative/ billing/ collections/ credit control/ dispute management or other is needed.
Being able to follow procedures is also important for the role, as you will need to ensure compliance with business rules and corporate guidelines.

The activities, you are going to be involved in:

Maintaining communication & relationship with corporate clients (B2B) and partners;
Credit/ account management, analyze payment patterns and implement corrective measures;
Preventing payment delays and performing collection activities in case of a payment delay;
Managing the resolution of Partner/ Customer queries within corporate guidelines;
Demonstrating the ability to react professionally in disputed situations;
Resolving queries and claims in compliance with Business Rules and corporate guidelines.
