Order to Cash (OTC) activities is related to one of the top-level business process for receiving and processing customer orders.
Main Responsibilities:
Communication with business clients in German
Basic to moderately complex functions of order management
Management and modification of billing orders
Payment control functions
Working in an international and dynamic environment
Requirements:
Fluent German language and good command of English
Experience in finance related role or customer support role
Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office
