Supply Coordinator with French/ Spanish/ Dutch/ Italian/ German/ Portuguese
On behalf of our client, an international company, we are looking for a motivated person for the role of

Supply Coordinator with French/ Spanish/ Dutch/ Italian/ German/ Portuguese


The purpose of the role is to ensure the supply of equipment orders as well as the supply of spare parts and consumables in a permanently optimized way for the respected countries.

Keeping the stock of spare parts and consumables at an expected level for field engineers and customers should also be one of the goals.


Main responsibilities :
Satisfy internal and external customers in an organized manner, rapidly taking into account customers’ requests and providing a value-added response.
Optimize logistics costs and stock level’s targets by deploying pertinent actions in collaboration with the European Supply Chain center.
Manage the purchase of accessories and 3rd party supplies via ESAP/SRM as well as coordinate the end customer delivery with the suppliers, liaise with accounting to process suppliers’ invoices.
Communicate supply lead-times and constraints, and be force of proposal towards operations teams (sales, engineers…etc.)

Concessionnaires
We are looking for a person, motivated to grow in the field of Logistics & Supply Chain.
Fluency in one of the languages is a must: French/ Spanish/ Dutch/ Italian/ German/ Portuguese.
Previous professional experience in Order Management/ Supply Chain/ Equipment/ Transport Coordination/ Logistics is desirable.
ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle) is also very much prefered for the role.

Excellent communication skills and customer oriented approach are essential for the role.
If you are a team-player and a well organized individual, able to react quickly to different situations and with analytics and synthesis capacities, you will be a good match for the role!
